Essentially, lucid dreaming is a skill which some people have developed which allows them to actually be aware of the fact that they’re dreaming, and that things which appeared to be happening, are not. If you have difficulty in falling asleep you simply need to persuade your mind that going to sleep and lucid dreaming go hand in hand.
